VP Status vs. Registered Member

Lately I've noticed many ladies that do not have Verified Provider status with links to their reviews under their avatar.

I'm not complaining, I'm just curious as to why these ladies don't have VP status since they have been reviewed on this board. Although, I did click the link for one lady, it showed one review, who did it, etc but when I tried to open it I got the message I get when a thread is taken down.

Did I just answer my own question? LOL
