A Question About Posting Links.

I've been having trouble posting links here. For example, when I tried to post a link from one thread to another thread, I'm getting this message:

1. You do not have permission to perform this action. Please refresh the page and login before trying again.

I've been able to do this before so wondering what the problem is now. Thanks.
