Recommendations

Coming into Waco for the first time ever on Friday. Any recommendations on restaurants that are worth trying out?

If you don't mind a hotel restaurant, the BLVD steakhouse is pretty good. However when I go through there it's usually Texas Road House. Most of the time no wait for a bar seat. But that is not much of a 'try out' as they are all about the same.

Years back we would go to Buzzard Billys. They had some of the best gumbo i have ever eaten.
