Obama says he's for equal pay for equal work. But when it comes to paying his staff, he does the opposite. Try to keep up, CNerd.

There is no mention of what positions were being compared. Strictly by gender. Higher positions tend to be held by men, such as Chief of Staff, which also pay more. If you care to read the articles I posted, they state problems with the "study" conducted was flawed.
