That's been my experience too. I've had more OTC encounters with ladies from this club than any other. I think this is a direct result of not having a VIP area at this club.
It seldom happens the first time you meet her, but be friendly, and maybe a bit funny.
The main thing is to make sure they know you are safe to be with. Then just ask if they are hotel friendly.

Not exactly like taking candy from a baby but it's true that you if come with your game, Visit frequently over a bit of time and establish a few Faves, build a good rep over time, they will come to you when they see you are in the club, make them know you are are safe and fun to be around. Then when it's right just make it happen. This place has been a good ride for me for 10 or so years and I've met some sweeties
