PA credit for all reviews?

When reviewing a provider what constitutes PA credit besides the review being filled out to completion with all the proper details? Do only certain providers that can be verified through this site count or can you also receive credit for agencies, MP's, and BP encounters?

All reviews which are accepted are eligible for PA credit.
