Visiting Austin, where should I stay?

I'm from Dallas and visiting San Antonio right now and facing the usual problems: expensive parking and keycard elevators.

I'll be in Austin Tuesday and Wesnesday---can anyone recommend some hotels ($100-200 per night) that arent a hassle for providers and clients?

I would recommend the Arboretum or Domain areas, near 183 and Loop 1 (Mopac).

as for hotels, Arboreteum area is a nice and centralized location.
