My sons PS5 has been at the shop for 9 days getting repaired.
3 other shops told me I had to send it to Sony, but this guy claims he can fix it & his reviews on google confirm he has fixed PS5s with this same issue.
The motherboard needs to be replaced. He originally told me 2 days & just keeps extending it.
Every time I call, he says "he's working on it".
Is this realistic? I'm trying to be understanding but it seems like he is BSing me.
What should/can I do to speed up the process?
