Why is it that some providers have reviews but no showcase

I've come across a few ECCIE ads where the provider has reviews, but no showcase.

Because we have a website you guys can go to.

why ask why lol

Because a lady can be reviewed without being a VP (A requirement for a showcase)

Then again, some ladies choose not to set up a showcase. It's not a requirement.
