Premium access

Had build up a good amount of credit before interruption. Does that credit still count? And I just need to know when premium credit ends for me

Same question - did credit for premium access expire during interruption?
Your PA credit would have expired prior to the shutdown.
So when site was down my time continued to expire?
The site going offline for over sixty days was an unfortunate event, but necessary. Numerous problems arose when the site relaunched recently and situations like yours are somewhat commonplace.

There is no official policy reinstating PA credit to members whose access expired during the shutdown. If you feel your particular situation is credible and worthy of reinstatement, email websupport@eccie.net and make your case to the admin staff. Be sure to mention the date I referenced above.
I wrote websupport@eccie.net three weeks ago. I still haven't heard about the 8 or 9 weeks of PA I lost.
Let me try something.
Still waiting for reply to my email regarding premium status.
I've sent 4 messages over several weeks and have yet to receive a response.
I will inquire again with the admin staff regarding these situations and respond in this thread when I have something to report.
