I've been having trouble lately with the site. Frequently I am unable to log on. After a couple attempts I click on location to replace or come up with a new password.
I enter my email address and send it. It says I will get an email with a link to replace the password.
I never receive the email. I've looked at All Mail, etc and never find the email.
Any suggestions?
