Traveling to Odessa

Traveling to Odessa ... Any new food spots? Ill only have a little time to enjoy the town... I always love my normal spots like Wall Street bar and grill but if there is any new places y'all recommend let me know!!

Especially Cajun... Creole... or cool new food trucks in the area... Use to be an amazing cajun one in sams parking lot years ago but I think they had a grease fire or something...
