HELP! I need a location for a GB set for this Wednesday (7/15)

I have been planning a gangbang event for a lovely lady and 2 of her friends from Dallas thus upcoming wednesday (7/15) afternoon from 1-4 pm. The gentleman who volunteered his very nice home for this event (with a secluded private pool and hot tub in the backyard) has had some scheduling changes with work and cannot physically host us.

So far we have 18 men, 3 women, 2 of the men are bringing their subs (so 5 women) and the potential for a couple of more ladies. Due to the numbers, I would prefer NOT to host this at a hotel for noise and other concerns.

If anyone has any ideas or a place they would volunteer for us to use, obviously you are invited to attend. We promise to not make a huge mess and assist in compensating you for your generosity. We would prefer north Austin area but realize that beggars can't be choosers.

There will be no additional invitees so unless you are volunteering your home or are already on the guest list, please do not respond.
