Not a mod here ,but that review is indeed, not linked to your profile.
It does seems to be in the proper location (Dallas Independent Provider reviews) and not in need of a move.
As to linking a review to a provider, that is a separate moderator function from review approval.
As your showcase is properly listed in your review, when the moderator who does the linking gets around to it, I am confident it will get linked properly to your profile.
I do agree that 2 weeks is a long time. It should have been done by now.
May I suggest you hit the RTM function (The little red and white triangle with the exclamation point in it) to report the post to the mods and ask that the review be linked to your profile?
As an aside, I would also suggest that this post more appropriately belongs in the "questions for the staff" forum as opposed to CoEd discussions.
