A couple of questions please.....

First, How do I change my password if I can't remember my old one?

Second, Is there any special steps I need to take to give a friend access to my account to re do my signature etc.?

After you click on your 'User Profile' on the left is 'Edit Email & Password'

as far as someone else having access to your account, that has to be run by admin.
