I'm Back, I was there and tried that...

After a long disappearance, I want back in the game. I was trying to get my boss SPA going, it's harder than I thought. I worked at a SPA and I thought I could replicate the same scenario but it's taking longer to kick than I thought. I'm not leaving it to die, I just need to be patient and have more exposure. Of course, any advice from you guys is 100% appreciated. So for the guys, what are the main features you look for when you go to a SPA to pamper yourself? This is just for my personal notes, not trying to do a whole marketing strategy. Anyways, I'm here again

Well I want a clean and comfortable place located somewhere that’s not inconvenient

Want the lady to be who I expected and be on time

Want services to be excellent and what I wanted at a reasonable rate
