Dallas "manifesting" ordinance ruled unconstitutional

That law was crazy over reaching.

That ruling is from a "County Criminal Court of Appeals" Judge. I suspect that the City of Dallas will appeal to the next higher court. This could turn into a ping-pong match for awhile.

Maybe. Hopefully not. It doesnt make sense at all to me to give so much power to authority.

It’s a losing cause from the State’s standpoint. I would be surprised if they appeal. .

That is a crazy ordinance. The Felony solicitation is another that is absurdly overreaching and punitive. It basically requires an assumption that ladies are innocent trafficked victims. The Guy is a big ''Meanie'' for offering a lady money to continue being ''victimized''.
