In some countries it is considered mental abuse for a spouse to withhold sex and grounds for divorce.
There was a lawsuit recently (back in May) in India where a woman sued and won 12M for her ex withholding sex.

You'd think with all of the frivolous lawsuits that get filed here in the US, one of them would be this.
