Newbie

Hello all! Newbie here, looking to get into the hobby. I've been trolling a bit and have read several "newbie" threads which answered several of my questions, but I'd still like a little feedback from some of the veterans and providers. I've never been with a provider or even visited a massage parlor, so any constructive advice is also welcomed.

As it applies to LE, what are signs to look for LE involvement?

I keep seeing references to "tin eye", what exactly is that?

If my research turns up nothing on a provider, where (which forum or another site if that's better) should I put an ISO thread?

If you find a provider you like, do you find repeat visits to be a better experience, or does it make a difference? I can understand a provider wanting repeat business, but if its always the same experience, I wouldn't see the point as a client.

Well thanks to everyone for reading. Any feedback will be appreciated. I'm hoping to meet some cool people and have some fun. I'm all about fun minus drama. Hopefully this is the start to a beautiful friendship.

I can answer a couple of these and give my perspective on the others, but bear in mind that nothing about this is written in stone.

As it applies to LE, what are signs to look for LE involvement? That's a tough one; there really aren't any absolute signs. Multiple police cars with flashing lights in the parking lot is a red flag, though.

I keep seeing references to "tin eye", what exactly is that? Tineye.com, a site that allows you to upload a picture or enter the website that it's on and search for other places that it exists on the web. Multiple hits usually means the girl in the pic won't be the girl you see.

If my research turns up nothing on a provider, where (which forum or another site if that's better) should I put an ISO thread? The local ISO forum either in your location, the location you're visiting if travelling, or her usual location if she's on tour.

I can understand a provider wanting repeat business, but if its always the same experience, I wouldn't see the point as a client. When I "click" with a provider the experience gets better with repeat visits. There's more of a comfort level on both sides, and sometimes things that weren't available before become so.

1) If LE does their job right, there won't be any signs of their involvement (up to a point). LE is looking to make the easy bust-- be it a sting against providers or a sting against the "Johns". They will go for the lowest hanging fruit. That is why a lot of thier stings involve busting streetwalkers and drive by clients. Now LE, is not dumb and know that prostitution has evolved on the internet. Stings involving the internet are most likely to involve craigslist or backpage. Here, they may target those who advertise or those who frequent this class of provider. Now as with any sting, this costs $$$ and other resources, so I doubt there are a lot of agencies that will go after internet providers. They most certainly won't spend the resources to go after the type of people here on ECCIE. But nothing is a guaranteed. That is why you have to do your research. Clients need to look for a provider with a steady flow of reviews and activity. Providers need to screen and verify. That is the defense against LE.

2 and 3 have been covered.

4) Repeating with a provider in the short term can be a very good thing. Face it, there are tons of activities that only get better when you are comfortable with a particular partner. However, at some point the relationship will get staid and stale. That is what makes the hobby so appealing-- variety.

I agree about repeat visits leading to better encounters. I will remember particulars of what you like, which helps me please you, and I have---luckily---found that with every repeat I have, it just gets better and better.

I'm SO sorry...
Maybe I'm PARANOID (forgive me)

but you sound like LE trying to gather information (to ENHANCE your strategy-busting technique for stings)!

There is a WEALTH of information that could be found here , but the SPECIFIC you're requesting...huuum?

We'll never know...

I could be wrong... I apologize if you REALLY are a legit "newbie" looking for general information

I'm definitely "on guard"

ESPECIALLY after the e.com thing....
Well thanks for the advice and pointers. I'm the sort to research things thoroughly, and let's face it, something like this has potential for costly mistakes.

As to the comment about being LE, the exact thought went through my mind as I typed it up. That it might come across that way. It's unfortunate that it was taken that way. I simply am a very intelligent person (no bragging intended) that has already done some research on my own, looking for a few pointers to go with it. After all this is risky for clients too. If I can't enjoy this safely and have a decent comfort level, I will just do without it. At any rate I will get verified on P411 before I take the plunge, so until then all I can say is in def not LE. I certainly wouldn't have as many traffic tickets as I do if I had a badge to flash.

And I have no idea what the "e.com" thing is?
