Is it just me or are the page load times taking longer during higher demand. Just an observation, but it appears the more people online, the slower it seems. Some pages appear to be taking 5 or more seconds to load.

We are aware, we are in process of upgrading server, the showcase's are taking lot's of memory and folks are uploading lots of pictures! It's in the works and is being done asap!

Is eccie on a shared box or does it have a dedicated server?

Reason I ask is because a I run a website that was having a similar problem. We were on a shared box, and it ended up being another website putting too much demand on the MySql database affecting everyone. In the end, we ended up getting a dedicated server.

Eccie isn't sharing a server with anyone, but even on our own server, the traffic + the memory-intensive apps we are running requires some tuning up and optimizing to what we have. when we're done, the speed should be back to normal.
