Julian Raven (check out his page) is an immigrant who grew up under socialism. He is suing Smithsonian institute for not allowing his Trump art to be displayed at this museum.

the museum did previously displayed Obama artwork of similar size. Museum said no to Trump art.

the there is some question whether the Smithsonian institute is a private entity or a govt. entity. its my understanding that this question on its status was never settled.
