Why are some hobbyists rude and disrespectful???

Just came across my first a** of my "career" in the hobby. Guy scheduled to meet with me and after driving to the agreed upon location I realised I left my license at home so I asked if he could get the room (come on where I meet they don't keep track of your info anyways) and the guy turned into a jerk and refused to answer his phone and instead took off and said I was setting him up when I am a verified provider and have lots of reviews from well known clients in this area!!!

I even went through the hassel of getting the staff of the location to let me get a room without my license and the jerk had already left the location!!!

This just ticks me off so badly after wasting my time and gas to drive out there and to basically get stood up and told that I was setting him up when I am verified online as a provider!

This isn't his problem. He probably could have been less of a ass if he was in fact as bad as you claim. However, you never know what kind of shit can happen or get around. He was just covering his own ass and honestly, I think you should have been more prepared. It might have been an honest mistake but trust is definitely something to be earned.
I have to agree with Shayla on this one, sorry that he was an ass to you though.
Especially if you are well reviewed.

One of the reasons why some guys act like that because there are escorts who cater to bad behavior.

The same type of escorts will attack another escort just so the guys will like them more.

I don't even live in Houston nor have I ever worked there, so your point is irrelevant. I honestly feel the OP should have been more prepared or should have secured the room earlier. Asking the guy to pay/put the room in his name isn't good business practice. I'm sure it would make 99% of hobbyists uncomfortable if they were asked that AS they were driving to meet up for a booked appointment. I did say I was sorry he was an ass to her.
while you sound sweet and sincere, you cannot be too careful in this business. i honestly probably would have just said i understood but rescheduled.

rebecca_rose83-- Im going to respond to the question that caught my eye. WHy did it catch my eye and other girls attention?

Many Hobbiest dont think they HAVE to be nice where as we feel we are PAID to be nic
e. We are reviewed to be nice. Thats the meaning of GFE, right? Nice if the client is fat, 5 minutes late, stinks, 80 yrs old on Viagra ready to beat the hell out of the pussy... we must be nice, right? We are a board personality while the guys hide behind handles.. yes we can black list for being a no-call no show or too rough--- them but man... they... sure (steam coming out of ears) push the buttons. If a provider gangs up on a bully hiding behind a handle... (gasp) she might loose business.

Us girls have our own jabs we take, mine is for my rates... then I got over it. Some get jabs for age... or weight... or... we all have our thing that sets us off and we just...... smile through the bull crap!

I am totally vocal on my Denver board and come out VERY opinionated as I tracked where my income was coming from... the eastcoast. When I knew where my $ was coming from, I was more honest, revealing, transparent... and now, on my homeboard... more respected...6 years later... 6 years of perfect reviews. But, be yourself on the board.Your track record will earn the respect. Choose your battles. Its hip to say "just do you". Well, just be YOUR best and business will work itsself out.

I love both of these for different reasons... but both are very good!

Yo Jamie is pretty hot that's some nice thickness there.

As for that chicks meet yeah that's your fault with the leaving your ID. You got to accept that and let it go if you had it this wouldn't have happened. That just that. Yeah you're real but till I know you you're anybody, I would leave too.

The train goes both ways. your title should read like this:
Why are some hobbyists and providers rude and disrespectful???
We all have things that will trigger a yellow or red flag, I think I even started a thread on it a long time ago.. maybe it was on ASPD. What gets me is this, if the guy did his homework on you he would have seen that you are well reviewed so that should have given him some level of security.

I also understand not wanting to register his name, no-one wants a paper trail.

But one cannot fault a person for being too careful.
I would like to point out that if I went to a resteraunt and was told that my meal would cost ~30% more and I would have to cook it myself I would get a bit disgruntled too.

Because they are tired of all the no shows!
the main reason providers verify is to make themselves feel comfortable and secure a last minute call saying you get the room might scare the gent and make him very uncomfortable and less than trusting
