As far as I'm aware, there are no ECCIE member providers in the Tri-Cities area (we'll throw Kingsport and Johonson City into the mix as well). If you got any PMs from ladies in the area you'd be doing the board a great service by letting us know who they are (assuming they're willing to be publicized, of course.

You might succeed in enticing a Knoxville lady to come visit, if you're willing to spend the money on travel fees and/or a longer encounter. Good luck, but I have my doubts you'll find anyone in the area here.
