New to the Site: Review Questions

I hope everyone's morning is starting off well. I am sure the questions I am asking have been asked many time's over but please be gentle on me.

When reviews are done are they automatically attached to the provider or agency?
Also how or where to do you find reviews?

When reviews are written, it is up to the moderator in the area where the review took place to assign them to the providers.

Once the reviews are assigned, you can find them on the provider's profile.

Correct. JJSD, you can also attach the reviews to your showcase, but that is something that you will do as you control the content in your showcase. Showcases and Profiles are two different things here. All of us California mods are up to speed with your account and agency status and will handle the reviews when they come up.
