Anyone tech savvy?

So..
I have a t-mobile phone and Web Guard somehow got activated on it. I disabled it on my account but I still can't access any sites like eccie or p411

I am able to get on now using a TOR app...

Any ideas how to fix this?

Whats a TOR?

If you have deactvited the web guard on your account you can try restarting the phone. This should refresh the memory in the phone. If this doesn't work you may have to call t-mobile tech services and have them remove any blocks that have been put on the phone. Sometimes the tech people will keep saying we can't unblock this site or that one, but if you tell them to remove all the blocks they have to I believe.
