TOB, which does have a link to Eccie so I assume this is cool, is redone now.
It's nationwide, although lacking in most places besides Texas and Colorado, but now you can post reviews for Nebraska and every other state.

I used TOB a couple of times in Colo and was great for there. Man, the site is way, way different now ... kind of a nice layout though. Most areas outside of Colo and Texas appear to be empty; so pretty much useless right now. Will be worthwhile seeing if it ever takes off. Thanks for the heads up.
