Shady Lady.... why even bother

So I had a thing set up with this chick on Snap (made a post about her in the Men's Lounge the other day). She flaked out and ghosted. Had a feeling that was gonna happen.
So this afternoon I replied to a message I had from some ho on SB. She'd given me her number, so I texted her and set up a thing for this evening. And she ghosted too. So whatever.
Still got this itch but didn't really feel like trying to set something else up on short notice. Go figure.
Decided to drop by the Shady Ho, knowing of course, it's lame. But I wanted to at least see some eye candy. Why is this place even there? Granted the strip clubs in Mo S U C K for the most part, due largely to the lame ass laws they've had for a long while now. But still.... you'd think the girls there would at least be interested in making a few bucks. Almost all of them just stuck sitting at the same tables with guys not getting lap dances or anything.
Which brings me to the next gripe about that particular place.... $30 lap dances.... WTF. For pasties. And can't even do shit. Well, there is the "VIP" room, for $250 for a half hour and you still can't do shit in there.
Got one lap dance from a sweet cute redhead, Veronica, knowing I'd just end up bluer than I already was.
Maybe I'll hit some thot tomorrow.

I completely agree that Shady Lady sucks big time. VIP area has absolutely no privacy, it just sits on a higher level, just a couple of steps up. Dances are the most expensive of any club in 800 mile radius, unless there is a more expensive place in Chicago. Those $30 dances are absolutely nothing special, pastie covered mostly air-dances. I've never been in their Champagne room, but I've been told by a couple of dancers that there are cameras in there and you can't get away with anything.

They got that place covered with cameras and they have been under alot of pressure from the city on their liquor license over the last year or two.
Add that to the stings...
Hard to operate these places anymore at least locally

I ate lunch there a couple years back. The food was surprisingly decent. Not sure how it is now.

My last visit was disappointing too. Much more fun can be had at Bazookas (especially in the VIP).

Yes the dances are way over priced. Sitting in high backed chairs,the girls can hardly dance on you. I miss the bench seating and being able to get a dance on them. Then the cover charge keeps me away on weekends. The quality has gone down a lot. A little more than 3 1/2 yrs ago, there were several girls advertising, that danced there. They were on here & other sites. Drinks are a little higher than some clubs. The pork tenderloin is a good dish. It is huge and coupled with fries, I can't finish it in one sitting.

I don't get why some of you guys even bother with kc metro clubs. But that's all that's here I guess.

Couple clubs just north of San Diego's Navy base were my favs. Full of SDS gals that carpooled from campus. They had the Navy kid's paydate schedule figured out, and they would lap dance till they had marks on their cute bottoms. Only the mid 20s ones would vip though.
My oldest club fav, east coast, closed last May after maybe a 50 plus yr run. Was supposed to be tempory, but the real estate looks to be sold. Amusing that one of the gals dropped off a case of mostly full whiskey bottles to me on her way west then.
Anyway, I just don't get what kc metro has to offer. Somewhat pointless to me. I guess I got spoiled elsewhere.

UC & PM, yeah, there's really not much to offer in the KC metro anymore. Like I said, I don't know why I even bothered. Not really much in MO at all, for strip clubs, from what I've seen. But I haven't really been to many elsewhere in the state, except there used to be an ok one up in St Joe, don't remember the name of it. Blondie's, I think maybe. But I don't think there are any now.
Used to be a place out by Sweet Springs back in the 90's that was pretty cool, but I don't think it lasted long. Now there's a dumpsterfire club out there (I haven't been there in a long time, just heard that it's awful)
And of course the Fantasy Ranch down on 50 Hwy, but I hear it's gone downhill big time, also.
I miss the old Trop 56 out in Scranton.
But the last several years working a lot in the Dallas area I got spoiled there, both with strip clubs like Chicas Locas and BabyDoll's, and with the amp scene there. The amps there are AWESOME.

I only go there for some drinks and some eye candy. You dont get anything more than a nice buzz.

Maybe some good attorney can argue that these restrictive Bible belt strip club laws are restrictive to certain genders and ethnicities earning good wages and get the laws changed
