Buyers Beware: TER is a fraudulent dishonest review board!

I've been highly-reviewed on www.TheEroticReview.com since 2008 with over 50 pretty good reviews to date. The reason I decided to start this thread is to get some feedback from hobbyists as well as providers who've used TER and have had problems with it. About two days ago I checked my profile there to find out some jerk with the handle ROVER1225 had written a bad review on me. I'm not a VIP member there, I couldn't read the entire review, I just read the general details section.

I called up a friend of mine, who is a VIP member and listed on the TOP 100 list for Georgia, and she read the entire review. Being that she has read all my reviews as well has seen the same clients that have seen me she agreed that the review was fraudulent. While I read the review I could tell that this guy hadn't even met me before. The review was very vague and not detailed at all, it could've easily been written by a user that had read my previous reviews and just put something together sporadically. When I emailed TER I told them that I hadn't seen anyone new in the last two months in Atlanta except for a guy who I met here who gave me a good review here and on TER as well. I think that ROVER 1225 is some bitter internet/phone stalker from Backpage that I had an altercation with over the phone with about two weeks ago. My friend said that he reviewed two other beautiful Asian girls and gave them bad reviews too. Today I sent them a final email telling them to just remove my reviews from their site altogether because I refuse to let some bitter hobbyist and TER rule me. I just launched my escort site a few weeks ago so I'll just get my webmaster to add a review feature there plus I have other reviews on different sites as well. Ladies don't let TER or anyone else control how you make your money because there are other good forums out there.

The TER moderators have been giving me a hard time about getting this bad review removed eventhough although none of my other reviews denote the same implications as described by this guy. I just feel that it's dead wrong how they would trust some new guy's word over a provider that has been in the business for awhile like me with several good standing reviews without totally weighing in on the possibilites. I guess because this guy is a paid member he has the most pull in this situation. Also another issue I would like to address is their scoring system which ranges from 1-10 in both categories of appearance and service. Several of my clients in the past and present have told me that they gave me high ratings but that TER won't post any rating higher than a 7 for girls that only offer FULL SERVICE. Now if you are a GFE or PSE girl of course a client can give you a 10. I do have some 8, 9, and 10 ratings but only when I did offer GFE to that particular client.

Why should GFE companions who offer these types of bareback services day in and day out be rewarded by being listed on this TOP 100 list? Why penalize the providers that are cautiously protecting themselves as well as other have the lower scores and not be listed? My friend tells me that she has read the entire list and the providers that do the most graphic, horrendous fetishes during these sessions such as (SCAT feeding, golden showers in mouth, CIM, etc. etc.) usually are in the top ten on this list. Does anyone else on this forum see anything wrong with this situation? I've spoken with several other providers in the business who have had the same problems in the past that I'm now facing with TER what about you?

JMHO- most of the reputable guys in which one would want to see... can recognize BS.. and would probably had come to the same conclusion you did. All this does is now draw every single ECCIE member over to TER... to 1. read a negative review and 2. probably establish an acct with them. So, instead of reducing business.. you probably just brought them more.

It does suck tho i am sure when an idiot posts a fake review. Some people are just soo unhappy with their little boring life that they have nothing better to do. My guess, its someone who cant afford pussy and def cant get it unless he does pay for it.. so he is taking his years of built up sexual frustrations out on the hobby/provider community. He should invest his time in a $35 SW.. sure she may upsell if you want her to put her teeth in... and perhaps she will give u some anti itch cream.. but at least that would keep him busy and away from posting fake reviews?

Lacy is correct. With that many good reviews one fake one will stick out and be obvious to guys. Unfortunately the likelyhood you can get it removed is very, very slim. They pride themselves on volume of reviews--not so much on credibility of an individual one.

They have changed ownership I understand, but I suspect they are still driven by ad $ and memberships--and those are unfortunately drven by volume.

I will agree with Valerie that a top 50 ranking does NOT require those type of activities. I have seen a number of ladies who ave been in the top 50 at one point or another, and a few I have gotten to know quite well. None of those ladies do BBFS.

I hate TER too. I totally feel you. They skew the scoring system and will refuse to let a client score you with 9s or 10s if you don't do bareback shit.

That's extremely biased and oversteps the bounds of an impartial review service.

I have had to lower the score on a couple of reviews because even though I felt it deserved the higher score I had to lower it to get it accepted on TER. I will agree as a hobbiest that if there is no bbbj there is no 10 however that's not to knock anyone doing CBJ it's just my preference.

I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues. I too have heard other ladies say exactly what you are saying, the crazy part is I personally have had the total opposite experience with TER.

2 times people have posted fake reviews of me on TER and I contact TER both times and they took them down within 48 hours. I wonder why they give some providers hell and are so willing to help others?

My experience with TER is the same as Valerie's.When I did have fake reviews they have removed them quickly and did not give me any problems.My fake reviews were great scores but the content of the review I knew was not correct.I did not see these couple of guys who felt the need to post a fake review for free VIP days.
The guy who posted that review for you has scored every provider he has reviewed there low.If a guy looks at that review he can see that it is BS.
I also have heard some providers do not have a problem with getting fake reviews removed and some have nothing but problems.I think it might all in your approach.

As far as the TOP 100 list you do not have to offer bbfs to be on the top 100 list.I am listed on TER top 100 list for vegas and there is no way in hell I offer that.I know a few providers listed there as well and they do not offer bbfs.Now,if you are talking bbbj/cim I would contact TER because your profile there says you do offer GFE which might confuse some if you do not offer these services.

Also,one more thing with TER if you are a provider and have your reviews linked to your username there you have free limited VIP.Which means you can read your reviews but no one else's unless you pay.

TER is a turd of a SHMB. I posted several reviews on TER and not one saw the light of day. TER never would say why. I was probably not graphic enough.

Its nice to know that TER is still force ranking the ladies reviews by activities. What a turd board. Why can't a reviewer not score a lady a 10 if she rocked his world? Maybe he did not want greek or other activities. Everyone knows every session is a ymwv in some regard.

Board warfare would be between the board owners. I am a member of TER. A fucktard cannot even get a little info, other than contact info, from a TER review anymore. The only way to get information there is to get the VIP, which I have done. But since they refused to post reviews and are force ranking the reviews that are posted I might go to TER once a quarter.

I got reviews and showed me being in Va. but was never there. Had Fucktards contacting me based on info from my reviews.

How are you contacting them (TER). I have had no problems. I am very polite when contacting TER.

As someone mention above, you should be able to read your own review and the details.

I hope you get your review down. Good luck and know that hobbyist know bullshit when they see it. They will be able to know the review is a fraud.
