The female escort has the power to pick and chose what sites she uses and work and don't work for her. That is the power to effectively boycott sites and make ones grow that benefit her.
You would think that if a site was willing to work with the female escort community and build a lot more into it to benefit the female escort it would be used more.
Most female escort sites make money off of the female escorts directly. But, female escorts is a small part of the adult world. You have dancers, massage, cam shows, porn, agencies, spas, adult wear, adult toys, adult furniture.... People make large sums of money off of adult advertising. Even more than what can be made off of charging escorts to advertise on a site.
Who do most escort sites work for? Do they work to give better service to the escort or just get what money they can from them?
There is at least one well known site I know who charges just to change cities. hmmm. Is it in the best interest of the escort and how expensive is it to actually do. Well it can be automated and the escort could do it for free. In fact allowing an escort to change her profile around entirely can be automated other than the stuff she wants to type in and done for free.
Do most sites try and get the escorts info out as far as possible. Go to google and type in "site:and the sitename" and see if you can get to the escorts contact info directly or view their entire profile. Most sites no. Some sites allow limited access because they want to charge the client as well.
How about providing better safety for the escorts. Sites that do so called checks on clients. You should read the post in [ame="http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=22057"]Hobbyist Reviews??? - ECCIE - Your source for escort reviews[/ame]. It doesn't protect you from jack what they do. It gives at best a false sense of security to some. How many of these sites offered any sort of personal protection course at all?
How about on site activities to increase client participation such as best escort competitions and even give rewards, how about providing a way that your profile can actually earn you a check from the site. Yep, you heard me the site pays you to list there verses you paying them or at least gives you the opportunity based on the number of customers your profile generates for the site.
The fact is sites can do a lot more. Is it for free. Well you do have to be willing to work with someone else and give a chance to others. Not be willing to keep pay the same old site for the same old service time and time again.
A lot of sites out there survive because they started their business X years ago when there was fewer sites. How much have they improved. very little if any.
So is your site your using acting like another pimp and just taking money from you or is it actually doing all it can to work for you.
