.... Twitter?

So, I've already known about facebook being used. I just recently heard about twitter being used.

Anyone know about the tweetside of things or if it is worth even looking into?

I'm clueless about it as of now.

I've seen several woman have twitter accounts but I don't know if it is an actual tool used to set up appointments. Prolly more along the lines of exposure/advertisement. I follow a few providers myself and have found a few more looking through there twitter followers and who they follow. So the more inclined hobbiest would be able to find you if you made an account and followed a few of the ladies that are already active. Like I said its prolly more of an exposure thing. People who travel would get know who's who in different areas if he/she is looking.
....follow back...:-)

Twitter is an awesome venue for exposure if you're in or travel to the DC/NYC/CHG/SoFL.

Use it if you want zero privacy, don't if you want privacy. It's a dangerous media venue for this sport IMO. Word of mouth (no pun intended) is always the best and least costly type of marketing....provided the words are positive. It can work against one as much or more than for a person. FWIW.

The only reason I have twitter is a 16 year old daughter who looks like her mother.. Which causes me panic attacks when she starts posting bikini pictures and goddamn 40 year old men start hitting on her. Nip it in the bud before it becomes a problem.
Ladies I see who use twitter tend to be in a lot of mess.
Which makes for good popcorn!

I mainly go for the 40+ crowd and I don't think many of them are on twitter unless they are a creeper or an overprotected/crazy father (see above).

Plus what happens if you do become popular? I wouldn't feel comfortable with that much attention on me.

I am not afraid of pistol whipping someone like that to a near death experience.

As roadcourse said, social media - Twitter included - is all about high exposure. While exposure is good for a provided, it also increases risk. It's a catch 22. As someone who does this for a career, I would probably advise to think long and hard about whether or not it's worth it for you.
