Newbie Provider review questions...

I hate to ask what may be a stupid question but...
I am new to ECCIE and planning to write my own reviews. I have read all the guidelines and am now so intimidated I want to make sure I do it properly - people are not always nice to newbies making newbie mistakes from what I see.
My questions is: I saw the sticky article on how to write a review and that was pretty clear. I also looked at the form (without entering a review) to make sure I understood it. But how does the review get tagged to the actual provider? If I just go to the appropriate area and forum and post a review how does ECCIE know which ECCIE provider it was for? Surely it is not just by matching the name.
And in the same vein, I use the same form for a provider who is an ECCIE member as for one who is not, right? All the more that makes me wonder how ECCIE attaches a review to an ECCIE provider...
Hope the more experienced members can shed some light.
I also assumed that I need to submit this question as a new thread and not add it to the sticky thread for reviews because of the 30 day rule (see, I did read the guidelines).

One of the jobs of the local moderator staff is to assign reviews to the appropriate provider. You are correct that you use the same form for ladies who have accounts on this site and for those who do not. For ladies that are not members of the site, a profile is created for them and the reviews are assigned to that profile. Should one of those ladies eventually join the site, those reviews can be credited to her handle.

The "30 day rule" specifically applies to posting in review threads that are over 30 days old. (That helps to keep the more recent reviews at the top of the forum list.) Posting in other threads is generally allowed as long as it provides useful additional information.

If the handle specified as the provider's name is a valid handle the review will be assigned to the account with that handle automatically. Misspelled handles is the most common cause of reviews not being assigned properly.
zme...no need to be intimidated about writing reviews. Everyone has to start somewhere. For every guy who might "bash" your review there will be 20 of us who will appreciate it.
Post away, man.
