Is there a way to keep specific members from being able to see my activity such as ad posts amd reviews, etc?

No ma'am, if you choose to "Block" a member by putting them on your "Ignore List", then you won't be able to see what they post and they will not be able to send you PM's...however, they will still be able to see your ads and reviews
