Can You Post A Review Of A "Civvie Encounter" With A Provider?

If no donation (agreed upon beforehand, not "stiffing" provider after the fact) was given for any consideration for time with a provider, can you still post a review about the session, if it included BCD activities? Even after 14 years in the hobby, my brain is hard to come up with an answer.

Why bother? It's not like your "girlfriend" is going to be seeing any of us for free and providing the same services, right?
