How to post my ad?

I'm completely lost when it comes to navigating this site. Can someone please tell me how to start a post? I'm in Lafayette but want to go to Shreveport for the weekend to provide there. I know this sounds like a stupid question I'm just not familiar with the site yet. Please advise? Slayde
