Most likely either TGTBT or Bait & Switch-use agencies their cost is very reasonable but you have to be firm about NO bait & switch

Play safe and again use the Agencies and by that no Insane BBFS...I think you are more likely to get shot or kidnapped in Kiev than catch anything. It's a good place to be VERY Careful if you go --stick to the downtown area , stay off the streets, especially at night, unless you are with a local who knows what's up.
