Is there a way to search for Recommendation: No reviews?
I tried like that and I tried in "Recommendation: No" but it pulls up all reviews.
I imagine there is a proper syntax to use to get the exact search results.

Not that I am aware of. Maybe someone could help you in the Technical Questions forum.
Other that that, I can only suggest that you find the provider you are interested in, go to her review tab, and flip through the review pages. It should only take 30 -60 seconds through browse her reviews once you are on the review tab. If you open each no review on a separate browser tab, you should be able to access the reviews without having to go back to her profile.
