Working on a project for a provider and she asked if a way from her mobile app I am working for her to hand phone to client and let them enter username/pw and then leave review. I doubt you have Apis but was checking.

This is merely a straight out vBulletin forum with vBAdvanced, nothing more can be done outside of that. They do not offer any type of API to call from either (from a fellow developer)
