yeah but you kinda need calluses or its really painful to walk. i remember one time i got tricked into going to a asian place with a girl to get my foot calluses removed. i was on vacation on mexico and ended up limping around the majority of the time because it hurt so bad to walk! lol. im sure some providers might get there calluses removed though.
