Clark County (Vegas) commissioner tells lawful Americans to make funeral plans

The situation at the Bundy ranch is heating up and Americans are arriving to witness (or if necessary to avenge) the event. The county commissioner of Clark County has told protesters that they had better have funeral plans if they come to Clark County.

Some corrections have to be made; The BLM did not do this during the Bush years (whatever that is supposed to be) but started this in the Clinton years. So if you thought you could pin this on Bush I guess you now have to pin this on Clinton.

You laugh but suppose an owner can't, or won't, build that ramp? So you take him to court and fine him. Suppose he does not wish to pay. So you get another judge to tell him he has to go to jail. You show up with the police to take him to jail and he informs you that he has no intention of going anywhere. So out comes the gun and you'd better comply. This is the point we've reached in Nevada. Is the US government ready to kill someone to take their money and protect the tortoise. Seems like they are.

This may SHOCK you, but the federal government - on behalf of ALL Americans - charges money for LOTS of different activities on federal lands.

Drill for oil/gas in Alaska? Pay a fee. Drill off-shore? Pay a fee. Operate a ski resort in national forest? Pay a fee. Operate a hotel in a national park? Pay a fee. Hunt on federal lands? Pay a fee.

Graze on federal lands? PAY A FEE! Why does this asshole expect better treatment than any one else?

This is state land and it is a federal department trying to collect the money. A state should not set a tax that will eliminate a business by paying it.
