Good weekend for Salmon

Markets are generally expecting decreases in Salmon prices this weekend through June 3rd. Make sure you get in the game and grab a couple of these fine specimens while the prices remain low.
Expectations for the following week will be prices back to norms, and a much lower supply of the bright pink & tender meat.

Some Things to remember when selecting Salmon

*Smell the salmon, make sure its not fishy
*Only taste salmon that has passed the smell test
*Many fresh young salmon will be on display this weekend, try one out
*Don't discount the veteran salmon as well...they can be surprisingly tasty
*Only buy salmon from someone you trust...there are lots of shady salmon sellers
*Imported salmon, although a bit higher than domestic, will be on the menu this weekend
