Who is the best Dallas provider at edging?

I really love edge play - brought so close to finishing and then have it stopped before I cum. Then have it happen again and again until I can't stand it.

My question - who are the best Dallas providers for this? Those that are really good at sensing when a guy is about to pop and knowing when to stop before it happens.
