The New road to Beaumont.

As I was busting my gas gauge to get to Beaumont from Houston.
I noticed I was on a new built road. And it was a toll?
So now you can drive from Bay Town to Beaumont with out paying?

Sounds like you were coming out of Baytown on Hwy 99 Toll. Just Stay on 146 straight up through Baytown to I10. With construction on Hwy 99 the time is about the same. Just made that trip last weekend.
