help

I had a client show up yesterday that I had seen once before, a couple of months ago. He shorted me, I believe purposefully. I have tried to contact him since, and he seems to be avoiding me. I have his first name and phone number. Should I post this info somewhere as a warning to other providers? If so, where, and what information should I include?
