I am going to start traveling to the GTA more for business, and I wanted to get a feel of the city from my fellow hobbyists...

1. What is the landscape like? Is it fairly progressive, or do they crack down?
2. Do the providers tend to prefer IC, OC, or no preference?
3. Does anyone have any recommendations of safe, reputable providers in the area?

I have not frequented Toronto in probably 10 years, but it was active then. I used a review site called TERB - Toronto Escort Review Board.
