Dungeon Space in San Antonio?

Does anyone have a line on where I could rent space in a dungeon for me and my lady? Looking in and or around San Antonio, Seguin, New Braunfels. Come on fellow kinksters. I am counting on you.

See if Roxy Jezel is still in Austin. She has a web site and a nice dungeon as of about 3 years ago. She might rent it out.
