Searching for Providers

I see at times there are new members, however when I search for providers they do not come up. I am sure I am doing something wrong in my search. I tab under search providers and then search upstate New York. Is there an easier way? I appreciate your help in advance

If I am looking for a specific name, I just type it in and after a few letters it will appear. Or you can search the section. But a new member won't show up as a provider until verified. Not sure if that's the issue.

use search instead of search providers, Johnny Cap is correct, until they become verified, they will not show up as a provider.
