So yes muder is up over 2009 in rochester ny. Yet is average for rochester. All gains last year are lost this year. But average so far this year is a bit misleading. As rochester is 218% over the National Average with average for the nation set at 100%

Yes in one thing Rochester is back on top. To bad its for a bad thing.
