Trump kept the cross-fire hurricane binder

Trump has proven he is unfit to be president. He has stolen classified documents, torn some up and flushed them down the toilet, and as we recently learned, stolen the cross-fire hurricane binder. Because he thought the binder had info to cover his ass.
If any sheets surface from the binder, trump should go to prison.

Did Trump claim to have this binder that you mention??
Maybe Biden has it.

And IF the thing was de-classified - why does it matter??

One count of corruptly altering, destroying, mutilating or concealing a document, record or other object
Arraigned: June 13, 2023; Aug. 10, 2023

Guilty on most, if not all, charges. The only chance Trump has is the judge was appointed by him and has made decisions in the past in his favor.
Keeping it amounts to stealing it. He was responsible for it.

You completely miss the point and show you haven't been paying attention.

Trump is responsible for all presidential materials. Did he keep or steal the binder? How the fuck would I know? I know it doesn't matter.
What I do know is that he failed to turn it over to the National Archives. As required by law.

Something else I know is that you're a slow learner. After all the ruckus raised about trump not turning over all the documents and you don't see the similar circumstances.
Except this may be worse. Mr. Blackman may know more but trump LOST the binder. Which IMO, shows a violation of law which covers his negligent mishandling or caring for the document.

Moot point for the majority of your questions and bullshit bringing Biden into the conversation. Trump is responsible for the safety and security of the binder.

Everyone knows trump stole it. Who else had access? Who else could walk out with it? Who else would want it?
Add in trump is narcistic liar who likes "trophies" who tried, on multiple occasions, tried to keep documents he had failed to return.

What We Learned From the Trump Indictment

"The indictment said the former president had illegally kept documents concerning “United States nuclear programs; potential vulnerabilities of the United States and its allies to military attack; and plans for possible retaliation in response to a foreign attack.”

Again, just because you don't understand the significance of the theft doesn't make it minor. It proves you don't understand.

The idea anyone would vote for an unpatriotic scumbag who has so many character flaws he couldn't be more unfit for office.
