The pm'ed to schedule 8:30pm so I sent my contact number. He even texted so I know he recieved it. I texted him back. Time of the appointment came so I texted him to see if he was close with no response so I called and it just rang, rang, rang. I even pm'ed him. Simple case of NCNS and he wasted valueable time so I miised another call.
