Question for the mods concerning a verified provider

I have been talking to Sarah Satisfaction and she is coming to KC soon and asked me to let eccie know. She has been out of the biz for a while, so her account is "stagnant". Could one pm me and let me know what I can do to help the word get out she is visiting?
